The person comes first

Driving is the platform.
You are the priority.

Learning is harder when you feel judged, rushed or misunderstood. Premier creates space to think, make mistakes safely and understand what is really happening—not simply memorise what to do next.

The aim is bigger than passing a test. It is helping you become a calm, capable driver who trusts their own decisions.

Who we help

You do not have to fit a teaching method.

The teaching should fit you.

01

Anxious learners

We slow the moment down, explore what is creating the fear and build confidence through achievable steps—not pressure.

02

ADHD, autism & SEN

Instructions, questions and lesson structure are adapted around how you process information and what helps it make sense.

03

Confidence rebuilds

Previous lessons or test results do not define your ability. We work out what happened and create a clearer way forward.

The Premier Way

Believers.
Thinkers.
Decision-makers.

“The Premier Way is how we make people feel about themselves.”
Believe

Everyone is capable.

Confidence grows when progress is noticed and effort is understood.

Think

Curiosity comes first.

Questions help you understand situations instead of relying on prompts.

Decide

Own the goal. Own the success.

You learn to make safe decisions independently, beyond the driving test.

Your first step

A lesson that starts with you.

There is no performance expected before you arrive. We begin with an honest conversation and build from there.

  1. 01

    Check in

How are you feeling, and what do you need today?

  2. 02

    Choose the goal

We agree what would make the session useful for you.

  3. 03

    Learn through experience

Try, notice, question and adapt in real driving situations.

  4. 04

    Reflect on progress

Finish knowing what changed and what your next step is.

Common questions

A few things you may be wondering.

If your question is not here, message Rob. You do not need to know exactly what to ask.

Do you teach automatic lessons only?

Yes. Premier specialises in automatic driving lessons—no clutch and no manual gears.

Can you help if I feel very anxious about driving?

Yes. Anxiety is not treated as something to ignore or push through. We work to understand it, reduce pressure and build confidence in manageable steps.

Do you support ADHD, autistic and SEN learners?

Yes. Lessons are adapted around the way you communicate, process information and learn best. You will not be expected to fit one fixed method.

What if I have failed a test or struggled with another instructor?

That experience does not define what happens next. We look at what made learning difficult, rebuild belief and create a plan that makes sense to you.

Which areas do you cover?

Automatic lessons are available in Braintree, Halstead, Great Notley and Cressing.
